How We Deliver Support

We meet you where you are - from in-person gatherings to online spaces.

BRA does not operate from a brick-and-mortar location. We meet survivors in their communities, bringing support closer to home.

  • Exercise is offered in various physical locations.
  • Emotional Wellness groups are available both in-person and virtually.
  • Nutrition programming is offered virtually.

BRA started in Middle Tennessee but has created a flexible model, which means you do not have to live in Middle Tennessee to benefit from BRA programming. No matter where you live, survivors can participate in most of our offerings.

Our delivery is designed around access, not barriers.

Who can Join

Our programs are open to breast cancer survivors in all phases, including those newly diagnosed, currently in treatment, recently finished treatment, long-term survivors, and those living with metastatic disease.

There is no “right time” to join. If you’re looking for support, connection, or a place to land—you’re in the right place.

What it Costs

BRA programming is offered at no cost to participants. We believe support should never depend on ability to pay. This is made possible by the generosity of donors, sponsors, and community partners who believe in this work.

Our goal is to remove barriers so every survivor has access to resources and community.

What to Expect

When you join BRA, you'll find a welcoming community where you're seen and supported - along with the flexibility to engage in ways that fit your life and your needs.

There are no expectations. You can ease in at your own pace.

There is no right or wrong path, as everyone processes things differently and has different circumstances. However, finding a community of other survivors as soon as possible can help you navigate this strange new world.

In a BRA group, you’ll find others who have the same type of breast cancer, are close to your age and family status, and who will share their personal experiences with various types of surgeries, reconstruction, and treatment plans.

We understand the unique challenges that come with living with breast cancer—and how important it is to feel connected along the way.

You’re invited to join our monthly Metastatic Meetup or connect in our private online community for those living with metastatic breast cancer. These are safe, supportive spaces to share your experiences, exchange resources, and be with others who truly understand.
