About Breast Cancer Recovery in Action (BRA)
Since 2021, Breast Cancer Recovery in Action (BRA) has been walking alongside women navigating life during and after a breast cancer diagnosis—supporting them not just in recovery, but in rebuilding strength, confidence, and community.
Through research-based programs that integrate exercise, nutrition, and emotional support, BRA meets women in a deeply personal and often vulnerable season—and helps them move forward with resilience and hope.
As BRA continues to grow its reach and impact across Middle Tennessee, we are seeking an Executive Director to help lead this next chapter.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is energized by people, purpose, and progress. As Executive Director, you will serve as the face of BRA—leading strategy, driving fundraising, and building the relationships that sustain and expand BRA’s impact.
While this role is remote, it is not behind-the-scenes. Success in this role comes from being actively engaged in the community—building connections, attending events, cultivating donors, and representing BRA in meaningful, visible ways. You’ll partner with a committed Board and a passionate network of volunteers and contractors—bringing both structure and heart to a mission that deeply matters.
